Well established Manufacturing, Engineering & Industrial Businesses Wanted – (Ref. RSS/JG)

A highly experienced, well established and diverse industrial Group is looking to continue its expansion plans by seeking well established Manufacturing, Engineering and Industrial businesses but will also consider other sectors such as Publishing, Distribution, Support Services.

Any size of business or location (UK and northern European countries) considered turning over at least £10m annually and making anything up to £3m EBITDA although smaller businesses will be considered as bolt-on acquisitions for the existing portfolio. The Group will also look at loss making businesses requiring urgent turnaround & investment and also partial buy-out of founder Shareholder(s).

With no external Shareholders requiring approval, in-house finance from the Group’s Directors will enable decisions and deals to be made quickly.

This Group has a 25 year track record in executing the above strategy, culminating in aggregate turnover of c.£300m with over 1,500 employees.
