Well Established Construction Services Business Wanted – (Ref. RSS/FK)

An experienced and well established purchaser is looking to acquire businesses involved with Construction Services relating to Design and Planning.

Ideally, the business will be involved with construction services such as mechanical and electrical design, project management, quantity surveying, civil structural design, architectural services, property surveying, planning consultancies or any consultancy businesses servicing the planning, property and construction sector.

Businesses must have a minimum £1m net profit, (preferably £3m plus which is similar to the last two businesses being completed by our Purchaser now).

Any turnover considered in excess of £3m and the business must be at least 10 years old employing at least 20 staff.
