International Trade Businesses in need of unsecured Finance wanted, where inward investment from China is available in multiples of £200k, as part of the Government’s Home Office Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa Scheme.

The Scheme allows for the investor to work within the UK for the business for 3 to 5 years, providing they have relevant skills and experience on a nominal salary provided by the Company receiving the unsecured, interest only loan. The loan is paid back in full after 5 years. Each loan is subject to approval by the Home Office dependent upon a Business Plan, prepared on behalf of the investor and through Invest and Consult Ltd who has access to eligible Chinese investors.

Businesses must have a minimum of 3 years trading, ideally within a growth phase and profitable. Loans can be utilised for most purposes, except for property purchase or property development.

There are no up-front admin fees; just a one-off charge (which can be paid from the loan) if successful.

The Home Office Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa program has been operating for over 10 years in the UK.
