Manufacturing & Engineering Businesses Wanted – (Ref. RSS/BOO)

Private Investment Company is looking to acquire Manufacturing & Engineering businesses, including:

• OEM designer-manufacturers, will have IPR (particualrly electronics products, full product or components but other IPR products considered)
• Contract manufactuers (electro-mechanics, wiring-looms, machining, fabrication)
• Installation companies (fire detection, air conditioning, HVAC, BMS or similar)

The business must be B2B only, with a minimum of 10 year of continued operations, profitable business with £4m to £10m Turnover and 2nd tier management team in place, or with the possibility to create one from existing staff.

Minimum Profit before Tax: £300k

Location: England but East & West Midlands preferred
