Large multi-national industrial group looking to expand their UK presence by acquiring a number of manufacturing/distribution businesses.

The group has very precise acquisition criteria, which by way of a brief outline, requires a potential target company to have a minimum turnover of £3M and a non-adjusted EBITDA of over 10.8%. They buy businesses for long term development and therefore, require any target company to have a strong and committed management team that would remain in place for the long term.

They are particularly interested in companies operating in engineering equipment and components, fluid and equipment technology, medical technology and measurement/sensor technology sectors. Any UK location considered.
